Medical Receptionist
Cheltenham
We have 2 part time job vacancies available.
Shift pattern 1
Monday – 1.30pm – 6.30pm
Tuesday - Day off
Wednesday – 8am – 2pm
Thursday – 1pm – 6.30pm
Friday – Day off
Shift pattern 2
Monday – Day off
Tuesday – 2pm – 6.30pm
Wednesday – 1pm – 6.30pm
Thursday – 8am – 2pm
Friday – 8am – 2.30pm
We are looking to recruit a Medical Receptionist for our busy GP practice situated in St Pauls Medical
Centre.
Previous customer service experience both in person and on the telephone is required. Computer
knowledge and a flexible attitude for learning new skills are essential.
You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills with a friendly and professional
manner.
This role primarily consists of dealing with patients over the telephone and some front desk duties as
and when required, it is in a busy and sometimes stressful environment, but you will be part of a
very supportive team.
There is a requirement to be able to cover holidays and sickness during term time and school
holidays.
