Reception Vacancies

We are looking to recruit Receptionists for a busy doctor’s surgery in Gloucester.

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with our patients and other colleagues in a professional manner: previous customer services experience desirable.

You will be working in a busy and sometimes stressful environment; you will become an important member of a friendly and supportive team.

We offer the opportunity of a shadow session following interview to give you an insight into the role (confidentiality statement must be signed at this point).

You may be required to work across any of the Aspen Medical Practice three sites all located in Gloucester.

The working hours will be based on shifts with a regular working pattern made up of a mix of morning, afternoon, and all-day hours.

On top of the weekly contracted hours overtime is usually to cover sickness and holidays (both term time and during school holidays). We also operate evening and Saturday morning Clinics that occasional cover is needed for; this is done on a rota basis.
