We are seeking a friendly Receptionist to provide professional front-of-house support on an ad hoc basis during December. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied schedule, thrives in a customer-facing environment and is confident stepping into a busy workplace with ease.

The Role:

•        Greeting visitors and ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome

•        Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately

•        Supporting general administrative tasks as needed

•        Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

•        Providing ad hoc assistance to colleagues to keep daily operations running smoothly

Person Requirements:

•        Previous reception or customer-facing experience is an advantage

•        Confident communicator with a professional manner

•        Able to work flexibly on selected days throughout December

•        Comfortable using basic office and telephone systems

•        Reliable, proactive and positive in approach
