Receptionist/Admin

We are a well established city based law firm currently looking for a full time Receptionist/Legal Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.
The job will include:
• Answering telephone calls/working a switchboard
• Computer skills (use of Word, Excel and case management software)
• Provide admin support to all fee earners
• Supporting accounts function
• Drafting letters and emailing
• Communicating with clients
• Online enquiries
• Assisting with online portal for legal work
The job requires
• Have an excellent telephone manner, be presentable and have a welcoming friendly nature.
• Be a team player, computer literate and enthusiastic. Previous experience would be desirable
