Receptionist/Administrator
Gloucester
We are a well established city based law firm currently looking for a full time Receptionist/Legal Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.
The job will include:
- Greet and assist all clients, visitors and staff upon arrival to the office
- Answer and forward any incoming phone calls
- Telephone and online enquiries
- Computer skills (use of Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, and case management software)
- Provide administrative support to all departments, such as filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry
- Assisting with online portal for legal work
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, faxes, and deliveries
- Drafting letters and emailing
The job requires
- Have an excellent telephone manner, be presentable and have a welcoming friendly nature.
- Be a team player, have good IT skills and professional attitude and work ethic. Previous experience would be desirable
