Service Centre Advisor/Reception

We are a Group Renault Motrio Service Centre specialising in Renault and Dacia vehicles, while continuing to operate as a full-service, all-makes repair centre.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of vehicles and their functions, along with the ability to work on their own initiative. This is a customer-facing role, where you will be responsible for supporting customers with their servicing and repair needs—handling phone enquiries, assisting walk-in customers, and ensuring they receive clear advice, guidance, and value for money.
You will work closely with our technicians to maintain an efficient day-to-day operation and ensure a smooth workflow through the workshop. The role also includes pre-ordering required parts, sourcing additional parts as needed throughout the day, and liaising with customers to explain and gain approval for any additional work required.
Initially, the position is for three days per week (Monday, Thursday, and Friday).
