As part of our continued growth, we’re looking to expand our team with an additional Recruitment Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a successful education recruitment desk while being supported by an experienced, collaborative wider team.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting schools and education settings by sourcing, placing and supporting high-quality education professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and candidates
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Proactively sourcing and engaging education professionals
• Supporting candidates through onboarding, compliance and placements
• Developing your desk through business development and relationship management
• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive, experienced team

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, organised and people-focused approach
• Resilience and confidence in a fast-paced environment
• Previous recruitment, education or sales experience is desirable but not essential
• A genuine interest in working within the education sector
