As part of our continued growth, we’re looking to expand our team with an additional Recruitment Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a successful education recruitment desk while being supported by an experienced, collaborative wider team.

The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting schools and education settings by sourcing, placing and supporting high-quality education professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and candidates
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Proactively sourcing and engaging education professionals
- Supporting candidates through onboarding, compliance and placements
- Developing your desk through business development and relationship management
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive, experienced team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, organised and people-focused approach
- Resilience and confidence in a fast-paced environment
- Previous recruitment, education or sales experience is desirable but not essential
- A genuine interest in working within the education sector
