Must have’s
- Previous recruitment consultancy experience, ideally within a 360 recruitment environment
- Proven success working towards and achieving recruitment targets and KPIs
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Ability to confidently manage client relationships and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
- Commercially driven with a passion for achieving results
- Organised, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for delivering an outstanding service to clients and candidates
Nice to have’s
- Experience managing your own recruitment desk or specialist market
- Strong track record of winning new business and developing existing accounts
- Experience within professional services, commercial or specialist recruitment
- Interest in purpose-driven businesses and making a positive impact

So, what will you be doing?
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to successful placement
- Taking ownership of your own portfolio of roles, clients and candidate relationships
- Developing trusted partnerships with hiring managers and providing expert recruitment advice
- Winning new business opportunities and growing existing client accounts
- Sourcing, engaging and attracting high-quality candidates within your specialist market
- Conducting detailed candidate interviews to understand skills, motivations and career aspirations
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a first-class experience for clients and candidates
- Providing market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment guidance
- Building long-term relationships through credibility, trust and exceptional service
- Identifying opportunities for growth and contributing to the continued success of the business
- Collaborating with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting team success
- Bringing ideas and experience to help shape the future growth of i2i Recruitment
