The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Further Education division, you will manage and grow your own desk within the national FE market. This is a sales-focused, relationship-led role offering strong earning potential and clear progression.

You ll build partnerships with colleges across the UK, sourcing and placing high-quality candidates into temporary and permanent roles. From business development and candidate attraction through to placement and account management, you ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle.

You ll benefit from a strong reputation, established systems and experienced leadership while maintaining the autonomy to build and scale your own desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with FE colleges and training providers nationwide

• Generate new business opportunities

• Source, interview and place candidates

• Manage temporary and permanent recruitment assignments

• Ensure full compliance with education standards

• Deliver excellent service to clients and candidates

• Achieve and exceed revenue targets

We are hiring both Trainee Recruitment Consultants and Experienced Recruiters.

Trainee Consultants

No recruitment experience is required. We re looking for individuals who are:

Experienced Consultants

We re keen to speak with well-versed recruiters looking to develop within a specialist national brand.

You will bring:

• Proven recruitment experience

• Strong business development and client management skills

• A track record of billing success

• A commercial mindset

Experience within education or Further Education is advantageous but not essential.
