An exciting opportunity has arisen within AWP Research and Development. We are looking to recruit a Clinical Trials Research Support Officerto provide administrative support to the Research and Development Department and have a key role in supporting the effective administration of clinical trials in AWP.We are looking for someone that shares our passion for making research opportunities accessible to everyone.
You will join the Research and Development department in AWP who are undertaking ground-breaking mental health and dementia.
The role is offered at 37.5 hours per week (1.0WTE) and requires onsite working with some flexibility for home working where appropriate.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a key member of the Research & Development (R&D) Department and will be expected to:
- Assist in the R&D Department to conduct, develop, and provide support for research and development across the trust.
- Assist the R&D Research delivery team by providing clinical trials administrative support, data entry and record keeping for any R&D projects as suitability delegated.
- Support in the delivery and administration of observational research projects
- Assist members of the Research and Development department by providing administrative support for department activities.
- Develop and implement new systems and processes as required.
