We're recruiting on behalf of a steakhouse rooted in Gloucestershire farming heritage, serving home-reared beef, fine wines and expertly crafted cocktails from their site.

They're looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the floor, drive standards and deliver a first-class experience for guests, day in, day out.

Responsibilities as Restaurant Manager

• Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations across the restaurant and bar
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent service
• Maintain high standards of food, drink and guest experience
• Manage rotas, staffing levels and team performance
• Oversee stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
• Handle bookings, guest queries and any issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and licensing standards
• Monitor sales, costs and profitability
• Support the owners with driving the venue's reputation and growth

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
• Experience in a quality, food-led restaurant or steakhouse environment desirable
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercially minded with a good understanding of costs and margins
• Confident handling licensing, compliance and day-to-day operations
• Passionate about food, service and guest experience
