• Previous experience in a retail management role

• Leading by example to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Greeting customers and providing personalised styling advice and recommendations
• Training, motivating, and developing the showroom team to maintain high standards
• Managing rotas, holiday planning, and sickness cover to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining showroom presentation, merchandising, and stock levels in line with brand standards
• Managing customer appointments and bookings efficiently
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally and effectively
• Overseeing POS processes, promotions, and accurate cash handling
• Ensuring excellent housekeeping standards across the showroom and back-of-house areas
