This is a seasonal position lasting until 13 February 2027.
Your local store is looking for a minimum 16hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant.

You’ll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range and meaningfully connect with our customers. Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first-time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It’s a busy, hands-on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft.
Whilst meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

Serving hot and cold beverages that delight our customers
Dishing up our delicious savoury and sweet food items, ensuring presentation sparks joy
Ensuring all cooked food is nice and hot so they can be enjoyed as intended
Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised as promptly as possible to maintain our customers high expectations
Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant
Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience.
As part of this role you will be working and in contact with a variety of different ingredients including dairy, nuts, meat products including pork
You are customer obsessed - you put customers first in every interaction
You’re flexible, able to work across the weekends and evenings
You have previous experience working closely with a team and you’ll ideally have prior work experience in a similar environment
You are a friendly, hard-working individual who loves to provide a joyful customer dining experience
You are a team player who never fails to contribute and loves the satisfaction of a job well done and a smile on our customers faces
