What you’ll be doing

Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
