This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of the shop floor, driving performance, supporting your team, and delivering a great customer experience every day.
It’s a permanent, full‑time role, and as part of the store management team, will require flexibility required across days, evenings, and weekends.
What you’ll be doing
Take charge of the shop floor, keeping standards high and customers happy
Lead, energise and support your team to perform at their best
Drive sales and KPIs, spotting opportunities to improve performance
Stay one step ahead, plan, adapt and react to the pace of the day
Help your team grow through coaching, feedback and support
What you’ll bring
Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail or hospitality
A natural ability to motivate, coach and inspire others
Pride in maintaining high store and merchandising standards
Strong focus on results, targets and customer experience
A hands-on attitude — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves!
