Head of Hospitality

The Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint an exceptional Head of Hospitality to lead and modernise our catering and cleaning services across our family of schools and nurseries.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced hospitality, facilities, catering, or operations professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, driving innovation, and leading high-performing teams.
As Head of Hospitality, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites, ensuring our catering and cleaning services are safe, compliant, customer-focused, and delivered to the highest standards.
You will oversee budgets, develop and lead service improvement initiatives, support and develop managers and teams, and introduce innovative technologies that enhance service delivery while improving efficiency and value for money. You will also work closely with Dean Close Services Ltd to identify and develop new commercial opportunities and income streams.
The successful candidate will have extensive senior management experience within catering and/or cleaning services and can evidence a proven success in managing multi-site operations.
