Restaurant Manager

Position Summary:
As Restaurant Manager you will assume full accountability of day-to-day restaurant operations. You will ensure the highest standards of service are consistently delivered, while actively leading, motivating and training the front of house team to the highest standards.
Cash Management:
• Oversee all daily cashing-up and reconciliation procedures.
• Ensure strict financial accuracy, verifying that all tills and floats balance at the close of each day.
• Manage cash floats and proactively coordinate change requirements to support efficient service.
Stock Management:
• Monitor inventory movement and storage protocols, ensuring all back-of-house and front-of-house
areas remain organised.
• Inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders and efficiently.
• Manage stock procurement and maintain optimal PAR levels to align with business demand.
Experience & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or Assistant Manager within a high-volume,
restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring and developing hospitality teams.
• Excellent commercial acumen with experience managing stock, budgets, and operational waste.
Hours & Schedule
• Full-time position.
• Flexibility required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
