Sales Manager – Furniture Store

Our client, a family run company who specialise in the sales of sofas and beds are looking for a competent and driven Sales Manager to come in and manage the day to day running and management of the showroom based in Gloucester.

You will be responsible for driving sales for the business, building relationships with clients and keeping on top of any daily maintenance & merchandising for the store as a whole. You will be someone who leads by example; the role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional levels of service to contribute to improving the store, themselves & the sales teams performance.

Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9am – 6:30pm, Sunday 9am – 4:30pm

Salary: £28k basic salary with realistic OTE of up to £50k per annum
