Full Time Office Admin Assistant required

Perry and Jordan Limited is a busy local Garage offering car servicing and repairs, Mot's car sales and forecourt facilities selling Petrol and Diesel to account customers and non account customers.
The job involves reception duties, answering the telephone and dealing with customers enquiries, meeting customers, booking services and Mot's, operating fuel console from the office. Entering purchase invoices on to sage and generating sales invoices for customers. Monthly bank Reconciliation, VAT Returns, Payroll on Sage. Sage Experience is a must have.
You will generally work 40 hours a week, but hours can be discussed to be flexible . Our working hours are 8.30am to 5pm.
