What you’ll be doing
• Lead the sales strategy and nurture long-term relationships with clients in technical and regulated sectors
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality
• Develop and deliver bespoke packaging solutions tailored to each project’s requirements
• Visit client sites to assess needs and present solutions
• Guide and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
• Maintain high standards of safety and regulatory compliance
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across processes and customer service
What we’re looking for
• Proven leadership experience within manufacturing, engineering, or packaging
• Strong track record in B2B technical sales or commercial management
• Practical problem-solver with excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Confident managing quotes, tenders, and overseeing delivery
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and a commitment to quality
• Background in aerospace, defence, or similar sectors is advantageous but not essential
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required
