Must Have’s
- You’ll be making outbound calls to customers who have shown interest in a policy, so previous experience of making outbound calls to customers is essential
- This role will be customer focused, so you’ll need to enjoy speaking to people!
Nice to have’s
- Experience working with a CRM system / emailing
- A target-driven mindset with a passion for hitting goals
- Previous exposure to the insurance or financial services sector
So what will you be doing?
- Making outbound calls to qualify customer interest from website, partners, and introducers
- Gathering key client information and understanding their business insurance needs
- Updating and managing records in the company CRM
- Responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently
Helpful extras
- Monday to Friday role (35 hours/week)
- Based in Gloucester, with access to free parking
- Full-time, permanent position
