• Making outbound calls to engage new and existing clients nationwide
• Building strong relationships and identifying opportunities
• Presenting services and converting leads into sales
• Maintaining accurate records of activity and conversations
• Working towards daily KPIs including call volumes and conversions
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a smooth customer journey
