- Full time, permanent role, with free onsite parking & café
- Seeking an Events Sales Manager to lead the growth of its luxury events offering, with a particular focus on brand launches, brand influencer experiences, wellness retreats, corporate offsites, boutique weddings and high-end private stays.
- This role blends proactive sales and relationship building with the seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional events that reflect the prestige and exclusivity of the onsite Manor House.
Must have’s to be a successful Events Sales Manager
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in event sales, venue management, hospitality, or luxury brand partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the UK luxury events, brand activation, and influencer landscape
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Competent in CRM and ability to manage Event Management Software
- Ability to create marketing materials
Nice to have’s to be a successful Events Sales Manager
- Experience with high end wedding events
Key Responsibilities
- Drive venue sales across high-end private stays, luxury retreats, and corporate experiences.
- Develop relationships with key agencies, brand partners, luxury PR firms, and event planners
- Identify and secure opportunities for brand launches, influencer events, content shoots, and strategic collaborations.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from enquiry through to contract, ensuring a refined and client-focused experience throughout.
- Oversee all digital profiles to ensure consistent luxury positioning across directories and listing platforms.
- Serve as the primary contact for confirmed clients, supporting them from initial enquiry through to the execution of their event or stay.
- Manage and optimise the CRM to track enquiries, monitor conversions, and support strategic sales decisions.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure accuracy across invoicing, deposits, contracts, and revenue reporting.
