Must have’s

• Previous experience in sales, business development or a target-driven commercial role

So, what will you be doing?

• Driving new business generation through proactive outbound activity and strategic research
• Engaging and qualifying prospective clients via telephone, LinkedIn, email and digital channels
• Identifying high-potential opportunities using sector insights, media and market intelligence
• Building strong, lasting professional relationships with prospective clients
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date opportunity data within CRM systems
• Working closely with senior leadership and the wider sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities
• Contributing ideas, insight and best practice to help elevate overall team performance
• Achieving realistic, motivating performance targets aligned with business growth objectives
