Must have’s
Proven experience in sales leadership (minimum 5 years at team leader or management level)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced IT skills, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Experience producing and presenting reports at board level
Strong understanding of performance management and KPI-driven environments
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities
Nice to have’s
Experience analysing competitor activity and market trends
Background in developing and executing growth strategies

Leading, coaching, and motivating a sales team to achieve targets and deliver results
Creating a positive and productive working environment
Setting clear objectives, managing workloads, and monitoring performance
Delivering structured training for new starters and ongoing team development
Identifying skill gaps and implementing development plans
Analysing performance data to drive improvements and inform strategy
Expanding business opportunities and supporting revenue growth
Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer support
Providing day-to-day guidance, resolving challenges, and maintaining team performance
