Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations
• Review project requirements, drawings, and specifications
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear communication
• Follow up on quotations to secure orders
• Support external sales team with technical input and smooth project handovers
• Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes for cost-effective solutions
• Keep organized records of estimates, proposals, and communications
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitor activity
• Attend site visits as needed for accurate pricing and proposals
