Internal Sales Executive
Toddington, Cheltenham (relocating to Ashchurch in Dec 2025)
BONUS & COMMISSION: Linked to individual performance and company success (capped at £5,000 in Year 1)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Internal Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role offers a varied mix of sales support, customer relationship management, and project estimating within the specialist field of natural and smoke ventilation systems.
Working closely with the external sales team, you will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing client accounts, and following up on proposals to secure orders. This position is well-suited to someone who enjoys both technical detail and customer engagement, and who is keen to build a career in sales with a strong technical foundation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quotations & Estimating – Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for ventilation systems, considering project requirements, drawings, and specifications.
Customer Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication throughout the sales process.
Follow-Up & Conversion – Actively follow up on quotations and proposals to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
Sales Support – Work in partnership with the external sales team to provide technical input and ensure a smooth handover of projects.
Supplier & Subcontractor Liaison – Obtain and compare supplier quotes, ensuring materials and services are sourced cost-effectively.
Documentation & Record-Keeping – Maintain clear and organized records of estimates, proposals, and client communications.
Technical & Commercial Awareness – Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity to support sales growth.
Occasional Site Visits – Attend project sites as required to gather information for accurate pricing and proposals.
