The Dean Close Foundation is looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator (Purchase Ledger) to join our friendly and supportive Finance Team based at Dean Close House in Cheltenham. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Part time hours would be available for the right candidate.

As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the purchase ledger function across the Dean Close Foundation. Working closely with colleagues across our schools, nurseries and support services, you will help ensure supplier payments are processed accurately and on time while maintaining excellent financial records and controls.

The successful candidate You will either be full or part qualified however, we would consider applicants who have will experience in working within a busy accounts department, ideally within the education or charity/non-for-profit sector.
