Ready for something more?
If you’re a passionate KS2 teacher looking for a fresh challenge where you can truly change lives every single day, this could be your next move.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, committed Primary Specialist to join our dynamic and growing SEND team. This is your chance to take your KS2 expertise and apply it in a highly rewarding, specialist setting where relationships, creativity, and impact come first.
You’ll teach small classes within our Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) Resource Base, designing personalised, engaging lessons that unlock potential and build confidence. Every lesson matters. Every breakthrough counts.
Our well-established Resource Base within our secondary setting supports around 30 students with EHCPs for SLCN. Students often work below Age Related Expectations, but with the right support, they thrive—sometimes accessing mainstream English and Maths where their strengths shine.
You’ll be part of a provision that blends the best of both worlds:
A nurturing, structured base (around 60% of learning)
Inclusive mainstream opportunities (around 40%)
Our flexible curriculum is tailored to each learner, opening pathways to a range of meaningful qualifications. This is a provision with a strong track record, real momentum, and a vital role in our school community.
What we’re really looking for:
A skilled KS2 practitioner ready to think differently
Someone who builds strong, trusting relationships
A teacher who can adapt, innovate, and inspire through creativity
A commitment to high standards through SEND-informed practice
You’ll join a collaborative, experienced team who are passionate about doing what works—and doing it well.
