Role: School Nurse and DDSL
Reports to: Governors, Headteacher, Deputy Head Teacher
Contract: Part Time, Term Time Only
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 3.30pm, term time only, with 30 minute lunch break
Grade 6, point 15 of the NJC Pay scales (£30,014 FTE, actual salary £22,051 p.a.)

From November 2026, we are looking to recruit a resilient, well organised part-time School Nurse and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to join our busy school. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can be flexible, remains calm under pressure and is able to communicate easily with colleagues, students and parents. Experience working within a school environment would be an advantage.

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Be able to prioritise workload and multitask
· Experience within a health-care role preferred
· Excellent people skills and the desire to provide professional support to students, staff and parents

· A good communicator and team player
