Wrap-Around Assistant

As a Wrap-around Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of our after-school provision, helping to create a positive and engaging experience for children.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising children from EYFS to Year 6 in a safe and inclusive environment
• Supporting a range of play-based activities, including creative, outdoor and social play
• Encouraging teamwork, confidence and positive behaviour through structured and free play
• Supporting children with light-touch homework or reading where appropriate
• Assisting with registration, transitions and daily routines
• Assisting with service of healthy snacks in line with school guidelines
• Helping to set up and tidy activity spaces

You will work as part of a supportive team, guided by our Extend Manager to provide high-quality care that promotes children’s wellbeing, enjoyment and personal development.
