Powell’s Primary School are looking to appoint a caring, hard working and dedicated Teaching Assistant who is committed to supporting teaching and learning. We are looking for someone who is able to provide effective support to the children, enabling them to achieve their best and become confident and independent learners. Previous experience or teaching assistant qualifications desirable but not essential.
The post is a fixed term contract but there may be opportunity for it to be extended. The role also includes one hour a day MDSA (Grade 2).
The successful applicants must:

- have high expectations of pupil achievements and behaviour and be committed to raising standards under the direction of the class teacher
