We’re recruiting for a Bartender on behalf of a modern, quality-driven restaurant where drinks, detail, and guest experience genuinely matter. This role suits someone who enjoys craft, consistency, and connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality drinks service
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar
• Engage confidently with guests
• Support wine, cocktail, and beverage service
• Work closely with the wider FOH and management team

• Strong attention to detail and presentation
