As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualised support to students who require additional assistance. Your role will involve adapting learning materials, implementing inclusive strategies, and encouraging students to reach their full potential. You will also play a key role in promoting a positive and welcoming school culture where all students feel valued and supported.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with diverse needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach
- The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices and strategies
