SUPPORT WORKER / 1:1 SUPPORT WORKER

SHARP Life & Learning Skills CIC is a non profit making organisation in Gloucester that provides an education and day service to vulnerable adults. We provide activity sessions for groups, such as art & craft, life skills, work skills, cookery, gardening, music, I.T., Drama – to name a few - however, we also provide one to one support for learners when required.
The role will be supporting the Activity Co-ordinator to carry out activities and help SHARP learners in groups and provide 1:1 support to individuals when required.
Post holders must have experience of working with vulnerable adults – adults with learning difficulties, physical disabilities and/or autism, although training is provided.
For this role it would be useful although not essential for the post holder to have use of their own car for transporting learners to activities.
