Key Responsibilities:
- Support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, ensuring their individual learning needs are met
- Assist with classroom activities and adapt learning resources to suit individual students' requirements
- Help students to develop their social and emotional skills
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued
- Provide feedback to teachers and SENCO on student progress and areas for improvement
- Support students during break times, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Assist with personal care where needed (depending on student needs)
Salary: £95 to £105 Daily +
