We are looking for flexible individuals to cover the following posts:-

Midday Supervisor - 5 hours - 12.10 – 1.10 Monday – Friday, NJC Grade 2 £24,796 pa pro rata, term time only
Teaching Assistant - 10 hours 1.10 – 3.10 Monday – Friday, NJC Grade 3 £25,185 - £25,989 pa pro rata, term time only plus INSET days.

The Role
We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistant / Midday Superviosr to work closely with our class teachers and our SEND Co-ordinator. Your primary focus will be supporting the learning and personal development of our pupils, including working 1:1 with children who have Education and Health Care Plans (EHCPs) as well as leading small group interventions.

Key Responsibilities
Targeted Support: Deliver tailored support to individual pupils with specific EHCP provisions to unlock their educational potential.
Group Interventions: Lead small group learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.

Collaboration: Partner with teaching staff and the SENDCo to track, support, and promote pupil welfare and development.

Supervision: Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment during classroom lessons and lunchtime periods.

Patience & Empathy: A genuine passion for supporting children with additional educational and sensory needs.

Strong Communication: The ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff.

Compliance: Valid right to work in the UK (evidence required at interview stage).
