The Governing Body of Stonehouse Park Federation are seeking to appoint a full time class teacher who is committed to providing consistent learning and development within a nurturing learning environment.

• Is able to enthuse and motivate children using a variety of ways so that all children can access their learning and become independent learners
• Shows an excellent understanding of assessment and how to use it to inform the next steps of learning
• Is a reflective practitioner who is able to adapt and improve their own practice
• Is a team player who has strong interpersonal skills
• Has a good understanding and awareness of SEND and is able to use a range of adaptive strategies to support all children’s needs
