Contract: Full-time, long-term supply
Pay: £150–£271 per day, depending on experience

Class People are currently looking for an experienced Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Mitcheldean on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Maths Teacher looking for a consistent placement from October through to at least February half term.

The Role
Full-time Maths teaching
Start Monday 5th October 2026
Placement running until at least February half term
Teaching Maths across the relevant secondary age range
Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation and assessment
Working as part of a supportive school team
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who:

Has QTS or recognised teaching status
Has experience teaching Maths in a secondary school
Can confidently deliver engaging Maths lessons
Has strong classroom management skills
Is available for the full duration of the placement
Is committed to providing high-quality teaching and supporting pupils' progress
