About the role
In our fast-paced marketing agency, content moves quickly, ideas become shoots, shoots become campaigns and social-first storytelling is always on. We’re looking for a hands-on, ideas-led Content Creator who can help drive the volume, speed and quality of content across multiple brands, bringing creative thinking and production skill in equal measure.
If you have experience filming and editing engaging digital content, spotting opportunities for culturally relevant storytelling, and turning ideas into platform-ready content at pace, this role could be ideal for you. You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop concepts, capture standout content and deliver everything from reactive social assets to larger brand story-telling projects.
Key duties to include:
Content Creation & Production
- Film and produce video content for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Edit video content to a high standard, optimised for multiple platforms.
- Capture photography for marketing and internal use.
- Create engaging social-first content tailored for different channels.
- Produce basic motion graphics, subtitles, and visual enhancements.
- Support fast turnaround editing when required
- Technical planning & shoot logistics
Creative Development
- Research emerging trends, formats, and content styles to keep our brands culturally relevant.
- Contribute ideas for new content and creative approaches.
- Experimenting with new formats - podcasts, live content, interactive posts, AI assisted content
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to continually elevate our output.
Asset & Content Management
- Organise and maintain a library of content assets for future use and repurposing.
- Collate footage, imagery, and project files to improve efficiency across the team.
- Assist with repurposing existing content into new formats.
Production Support
- Assist on larger shoots led by the Head of Creative.
- Support Content Manager to produce faster turnaround, social first content
- Help with filming logistics, equipment setup, and on-set support.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and people teams to deliver internal and external content.
About you:
- Strong video filming and editing skills with at least 3 years’ experience.
- Experience creating social-first content.
- Photography skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro essential; After Effects) & Da Vinci Resolve (but not mandatory.)
- Understanding of motion graphics and subtitling workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A good eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Competent at creating engaging interview led videos with natural flow using storytelling.
- Good experience and application of lighting and sound recording.
- Good technical knowledge of video and photography equipment.
