Must Have’s

• Extensive experience in a digital leadership role, ideally in e-commerce

• Proven expertise managing Shopify stores at scale

• Proficiency with Google Analytics and SEO best practices

• Strategic thinker with excellent project management and leadership skills

Nice to have’s

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design software

• Experience with emerging digital technologies and trends

• Previous success coordinating external agencies and paid marketing channels

• Experience with budget management and ROI reporting

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP would be great!

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related field

So what will you be doing?

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy to drive growth

• Forecasting future digital trends and leading digital transformation initiatives

• Overseeing all company Shopify websites and ensuring performance, security, and scalability

• Being hands-on with content: uploading images, assets, and copy to the sites

• Managing SEO and generating detailed weekly performance reports for senior management

• Coordinating with agencies on digital marketing campaigns (paid, email, social)

• Troubleshooting website issues and ensuring compliance with legal/security standards

• Leading innovation projects to adopt new digital technologies

• Acting as the main contact for external digital partners and aligning strategies with senior leaders

• Overseeing the digital budget and optimising spend
