What You’ll Be Doing (Marketing – 3 days/week):
• Planning and executing digital campaigns (social media, email, SEO)
• Growing our online presence
• Creating content to showcase our services, tech, and client projects
• Designing marketing collateral: ads, brochures, presentations, and more
• Supporting trade events and campaigns
• Conducting market research and developing client case studies
• Working with internal teams to make sure our marketing reflects the innovation we deliver

What You’ll Be Doing (Site Support – 2 days/week):
• Handle materials, install equipment, and support site activities
• Operate tools and machinery safely (full training provided)
• Follow site safety protocols and wear PPE (all provided)
• Work closely with your team and supervisors to keep standards high
• Help manage materials efficiently and minimise waste

What We’re Looking For:
• Someone with experience in B2B marketing (ideally within manufacturing or services)
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (social, email, content tools)
• Confident with content creation and basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe)
• Comfortable working on-site in a hands-on role when needed
• Practical, proactive, and not afraid to get stuck in - whether it’s with content or kit
• Excellent communicator with good time management and attention to detail
