Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to lead and deliver organic marketing activity across digital channels. The successful candidate will be confident managing a WordPress-based website and creating engaging content and campaigns to grow awareness and attract enquiries.

The role covers activities such as SEO, content marketing, social media engagement, email marketing (organic growth), and community engagement.

It blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery — driving brand awareness, lead generation and engagement with target audiences.

The Key Responsibilities of a Senior Marketing Executive:

• Develop and execute organic marketing strategies to grow online presence, drive engagement and generate leads.
• Manage and maintain the WordPress website, ensuring content is fresh, optimised for search engines and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create compelling marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, social posts and campaign collateral.
• Lead social media strategy and day-to-day management across key platforms to build community and engagement.
• Support sales or customer-facing teams with campaign materials, email marketing and customer journey improvements.
• Plan and deliver events and public-facing activities such as launches, open days and community engagement.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, website analytics and SEO to inform ongoing strategy.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.

Below is a list of Key Skills required for the Senior Marketing Executive, however you will not be expected to have everything:

• Proven experience in marketing with a strong track record in organic digital channels.
• Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing and social media growth.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress (pages, posts and site structure).
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with great attention to detail.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative thinker able to develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate across teams.
