Digital Learning Design Specialist

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Digital Learning Specialist to take full ownership of an organisation's Learning Management System (LMS) and shape how learning is delivered across the business.
You'll manage and maintain the LMS, develop engaging digital content, and lead continuous improvement projects that enhance the learner experience. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave-ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, creativity, and being part of a truly collaborative team.

You'll be joining a well-established, people-focused organisation with a strong commitment to digital learning. The wider team includes 12 digital specialists who work closely with the People Team to deliver impactful and innovative learning solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing and maintaining the organisation's LMS (currently Docebo)
Designing and updating course pages, widgets, catalogues, and learning plans
Uploading SCORM files and resolving technical issues
Creating digital learning content including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, and visuals
Supporting user experience and accessibility improvements
Contributing to wider L&D initiatives such as onboarding and leadership development
Using tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Vyond, Descript and SnagIt (Adobe Suite is a bonus)
About You
Strong experience managing an LMS-Docebo is ideal, but not essential
Skilled with digital learning tools (e.g. Articulate, Rise 360, Vyond, Camtasia)
Confident designing and delivering outcome-focused digital learning content
Able to take ownership of the LMS while collaborating across teams
Any qualifications in digital learning or instructional design would be highly desirable
A curious, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and development

35,000 - 38,000 salary
