Social Media and Office Manager

Location: Aztec West, Bristol
Salary: 26,500 - 30,000 DOE

Are you an organised, creative, and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Social Media & Office Manager to become the heart of our Bristol office, combining creativity with exceptional organisation to help drive our brand and keep our office running smoothly.

You'll be joining Dovetail and Slate, part of the Talentia Group-a large recruitment group. As part of a growing business, you'll play a key role in showcasing our culture, supporting our people, and helping create an exceptional experience for both our team and visitors.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, organising office events, and ensuring our busy office is a welcoming and productive place for our team and visitors.

• Managing and growing our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Creating engaging photo and video content to showcase our culture, people and successes.
• Planning and scheduling social media campaigns and monitoring engagement.
• Supporting recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding.
• Organising internal celebrations, team events and office activities.
• Managing the day-to-day running of the office.
• Ordering and restocking stationery, office supplies, food and refreshments.
• Greeting visitors and creating a positive first impression.
• Supporting the leadership team with general office administration.
• Liaising with suppliers and ensuring the office remains a great place to work.

We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys being creative, and loves bringing ideas to life.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in social media, marketing or content creation.
• Experience using platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn for business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence creating engaging photo and video content.
• A proactive, positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

• Salary of 26,500 - 30,000, depending on experience.
