Position

We are looking for a Digital & Community Executive to own the delivery of our organic social channels, building an active and engaged community across social media and community platforms. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, supporting the Marketing team with day-to-day tasks while helping ensure a consistent, engaging and on-brand digital presence for Nutrition X.

As a core member of the marketing team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Social Media & Content

• Scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms
• Supporting the planning and management of the social content calendar
• Lead on caption writing across social media
• Assisting with content ideas and trend-led concepts
• Monitoring trends and formats
• Assisting with short-form video ideas
• Supporting filming, editing and posting content
• Basic videography & photography skills

Community & Brand Engagement

• Owning day-to-day community management across social media channels, responding to DMs and comments
• Supporting Reviews.io management and customer engagement
• Active outreach and engagement across social platforms
• Managing community engagement around campaigns, events and other brand activations

Ambassador & Partnership Support

• Supporting the organisation and project management of ambassador content
• Acting as a support contact for ambassador product orders
• Assisting with partnership content coordination

Digital & Marketing Support

• Uploading and updating website content using Magento / Shopify & WordPress

What will you bring? 

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident with written communication and digital copy
• Creative, proactive and comfortable sharing ideas
• Passionate about digital marketing and social media
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (required)
• Experience with content creation or editing tools (e.g. Adobe, Canva, CapCut) (required)
• Passion for sports and nutrition (desirable)
• Qualification or studies in Marketing or a related field (desirable)
• Previous experience in a marketing, social media or content role (desirable)
• CMS platforms such as Magento / Shopify or WordPress (desirable)
