Publisher Manager - Digital Marketing
Remote – ideally within 1 hour of Gloucester Quays
About the Role:
As Publisher Manager, you'll manage high-volume inboxes, extract key data, and support efforts to grow publisher relationships. You’ll be trusted to handle communications with accuracy and efficiency.
This is an exciting role, dealing with global communications and helping a fast-growing and important area of the business.
Our business relies on growing our publisher relationships and we are constantly looking to build relationships with high-quality publishers globally. Due to continued customer demand, we are expanding this team and seeking a publisher manager to join us on this journey.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of call for publisher communications
- Triage and respond to emails swiftly
- Extract information and update CRMs/sheets
- Respond to publisher enquiries
- Assist with outbound communication
- Maintain up-to-date records
- Brainstorm ways to grow and improve our publisher function.
You Should Have:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- CRM and email platform experience
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Discretion when handling sensitive data
