• Currently registered with Social Work England (SWE)
• Looking to transfer Certificate of Sponsorship and relocate to Gloucestershire
• A minimum of 2 years' UK experience in statutory children's services

What We Offer In recognition of your skills, experience, and commitment, we offer a competitive and attractive benefits package:

• Salary: £48,226 - £51,356 per annum (subject to experience)
• Annual retention payment: £2,000
• Welcome payment: £4,000
• Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office
• Annual leave: 25.5 days, rising to 30.5 days after 5 years' continuous service

Please note: starting salary is up to £49,764 per annum depending on experience, plus an initial welcome payment of £4,000.About the Role As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service that achieves the best outcomes for children and young people with complex needs.You will:

• Hold a protected caseload, working with children and families facing significant challenges, risks, and complexities
• Lead on quality assurance, service improvement, and performance activities within your team and across the service
• Provide monthly reflective supervision to Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs) and undertake observations of practice (line management remains with Team Managers)
• Support and mentor Social Work students within the team

• Social Work England registration
• A recognised Social Work qualification
• Experience at Senior Social Worker level
• Successful completion of ASYE
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive
• Enhanced DBS clearance
