Join Our Team as a Community Connector!
Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our Recovery & Aftercare team.
As a Community Connector, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting clients on their journey to independent living.
What’s in it for you?
Location: Various – Countywide across Gloucestershire
Hours: 35 hours per week
(includes one evening per week plus one additional evening per month)
Salary: £25,000 per annum

Your Role
- Bridge the gap between structured treatment and aftercare
- Provide compassionate support to help clients overcome obstacles
- Develop personalised recovery plans
- Connect clients to essential services and community resources
- Facilitate group sessions and community events
- Advocate for clients and work to reduce stigma around addiction and recovery
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in substance misuse support and recovery
- Strong understanding of recovery capital and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- A warm, friendly demeanor and a positive, can-do attitude
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Gloucestershire
