Family Support & Activity Worker
Remote with One Staff Day in Cam a month
Working within our Advice Service as a Family Support Worker is a very rewarding role.
16-20 hours per week with overtime available.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A caring an empathetic approach, with the ability to stay calm and rational in highly emotive circumstances
- Knowledge of SEN processes and basic knowledge of an EHCP
- Full driving licence with own transport
Flexibility to be able to attend meetings in Gloucestershire and a monthly Staff Day in Cam, GL11.

Salary commensurate with experience and training, scaled as per the information below.
Salary: from £26,325 to £35,100 per annum, FTE, pro rata.
Hours Per Week: 16
